As my floral designs are heavily inspired by the seasons, for this peak summer wedding, I intentionally wove immaculate hues of subtle pinks and pops of red with a variety of textures, shapes and sizes so that each bloom reflected the bold but informal statement Emma wanted to achieve with her wedding florals. Menta roses sat harmoniously alongside the creamy pink of the miniature blushing bride proteas, fragrant sweet peas, chocolate cosmos, and ruby of Tess roses, with a contemporary punch of colour incorporated through the addition of deep burgundy scabious.
The staircase at Garthmyl Hall was alive and tumbling with beautiful wispy foliage and romantic wildflowers, but it was the reception within the blush pink walls of the Ballroom that we created a truly unforgettable floral experience. Intimate and elegant banqueting tables adorned in pale pink linen and luxe gold candlesticks heaved with abundant floral runners, resulting in a luxurious but laid-back dining experience for all.

“The most important element for me was the flowers and our incredible florist, Donna, somehow understood my ramblings and truly made my floral dreams come true”
